Through our Whole Home Performance Program, The Sustainability Institute provides free critical home repair and energy efficiency services to help eligible homeowners reduce their energy costs and improve home comfort.
Our goal is to decrease energy insecurity by providing energy efficiency upgrades that can reduce annual energy bills by 10% to over 30%.
Program Services
The program begins with a comprehensive home energy audit to identify the best ways to save energy for your specific home. Based on this audit, services may include:
- Weatherization Upgrades: Air sealing, insulation, and other efficiency improvements.
- Advanced Repairs: Extensive home performance upgrades or HVAC replacement for qualifying households.
