Building Performance Contractor:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Performance Contractor to lead and oversee residential construction and energy retrofit projects across multiple counties. This role requires strong construction management capabilities, knowledge of building performance standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position will also help build and train a preferred vendor network, while providing mentorship to internal teams. The ideal candidate is well-versed in DOE, HUD, or utility-sponsored programs. PMP certification or equivalent experience in construction project management is strongly preferred.

Home Performance Technician:

We are seeking a full-time residential Home Performance Technician to conduct comprehensive energy assessments and perform the role of energy advisor to clients served through our weatherization and critical home repair programs. The ideal candidate will bring experience in residential construction, a passion for energy efficiency, and a commitment to community revitalization. Key responsibilities include: energy auditing and diagnostics; advising clients on specific energy-saving measures; developing scopes of work for retrofit and repair projects; and the direct install of basic energy-saving measures.

Project Coordinator / Customer Service:

We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to manage the operational and customer service needs for our weatherization and critical home repair programs. This role requires strong organizational skills for project coordination and excellent communication skills for effectively managing interactions with customers, partners, and internal staff. Key responsibilities include: scheduling energy audits, retrofits, and repairs; maintaining accurate program data and project records; and communicating with homeowners, contractors, and program staff across multiple regional territories.
